This software helps users prepare salary payments systematically and
in time, providing them with a very low cost alternative to manual
payroll preparation method.
Payroll variables collected from the employing departments like
overtime payments, attendance deductions, etc., are entered through
workstations/computers direct from the employing departments. The rest
of the information like salary, pay-group, employee category, and the
other variables like allowances, loan deductions, court case deduction,
etc., will also be entered.
OmniPayroll then automatically converts these variables into
monetary units and produces payroll automatically. Payroll slips,
payroll summaries and payroll related journals for General ledger (GL)
entry are also produced in an organized and consistent fashion.
